After opening the Poker Fantasy software and signing in, you will be taken to the 'game lobby' (shown to your right). From the game lobby, you can view all the games currently running in the Poker Fantasy poker room. The poker games are divided into three categories: Real Money, Poker Tournaments and Play Money. There is also a tab that allows you to transfer money to friends that also play at Poker Fantasy. The menu bar in the upper right corner allows you to view your account information, customize your gaming options, and contact customer support.

The image on the right displays the view while playing at one of Poker Fantasy's tables. In the lower left corner, there is a small box that allows you to chat with other players, take notes on the other players at the table, and view statistics on your current session. At the top of this box are the options 'Chat', 'Notes' and 'Statistics'. By clicking on each option, the box will display the selected contents.

At the top left of the screen is an 'Options' button. Clicking on this button will open a small window that will allow you to turn the sound on or off, as well as customize the look of the table, with choices like a four-colored deck.

To the right of the 'Options' the name of betting limits of the table, name of the table, and a unique hand number is displayed. For your security, every hand dealt at Poker Fantasy is assigned a unique hand number. This allows us to review individual hands and document the actions of players who are reported as suspected colluders.

Two of the most important tools that Poker Fantasy offers are the 'Hand Strength Tool' and the 'Pot Tool". When selected, the hand strength tool displays the value of your hand in the lower right portion of the screen, making it impossible to misread what you hold. For those of you who weren't math whizzes in high school, the pot tool will add up the total amount of money wagered in the hand. This amount is displayed just below the dealer's seat.

By selecting the 'Chat' button in the 'Options' menu, you can open up the chat box. All actions taken by player are announced by the dealer in the chat box, so the chat box can be particularly useful to review hands that you may have misplayed. It can also be convenient when chatting with multiple players at the same time or for reviewing what has taken place after stepping away from the computer.

If you've come to Poker Fantasy to join in on the excitement of multi-player tournaments, click on the 'Poker Tournaments' tab and a list of all currently running and upcoming tournaments will be displayed. This view is displayed in the image to the right.

At Poker Fantasy, you are given the choice of two types of tournaments: multi-table tournaments and single table tournaments. The primary difference between single table and multi-table tournaments are the number of participants allowed. Single table tournaments have a fixed amount of participants and begin as soon as that number people have registered. Multi-table tournaments are scheduled for a specific time, and begin at that time regardless of the number of participants.

Double-clicking any of the tournaments will display detailed information on the event. From here you can register for upcoming tournaments, access active tournament information and view both player and tournament details.
